Founder

Andrew brings over 25 years of experience in transformation through project and programme management within the corporate world. His career has been built on a foundation of delivering complex business change where from early on he developed a deep passion for learning and understanding the importance of human engagement, interactions, impacts of our behaviours on others and vice versa (often during times of heightened pressure), the importance of trust and The Trust Equation. Andrew's approach combines technical expertise with a genuine love of building, coaching and mentoring teams through challenging change, helping individuals and organisations unlock their full potential.

The core insights, experience and principles learned are core to Andrew's desire to share wider as they apply to and can positively impact all aspects of our lives, not just the workplace.

Become Aware

In essence, this is about understanding who we are. An awareness of our past, our conditioned behaviours (and root causes), our beliefs, the mechanisms of the brain, our interactions & relationships, what makes us happy or sad – as essential knowledge in consistently enabling ourselves to flex, adapt and enjoy our lives.

Live Aware

When we understand and become more aware of the above and how it spans across our lives and lifestyles it allows us to become more consistently mindful, understanding our thoughts & emotions and therefore making decisions that better serve us. Small pockets of awareness and changes can make hugely positive impacts on our lives.

The Awareness Wheel focusses on key areas across Work, Play, Purpose, Health & Wellbeing, Relationships and more (we have wonderful, busy lives). The journey to Awareness and Mindfulness and working out "How to become happier" can sometimes feel daunting, especially during times of stress – but with guidance it's possible for any one of the topic areas to break some cycles and energise/focus our attentions.

That can then create a steady, fulfilling journey of becoming constantly inquisitive, doing hard (at times) emotional work that allows us to change and consistently make decisions (large and small) throughout the day that ultimately serve us and arm us to move through life and challenging moments with resilience and energy.

Understanding and awareness of YOU is a wonderful enabler to joy.
